Flexible Hours
We provide a 24-hour check-in service for your convenience, so you’ll be able to access your property no matter what time you arrive! Regular Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. If you require an extension, specially reduced day rates may be available. We offer around-the-clock support to all our guests in all the vacation homes we manage. If you have maintenance issues or require any other type of assistance our staff is always available to you.
Vacation Planning Services
We will be happy to assist you with planning your activities while staying with us. We also offer discounts to local attractions to help save you both time and money during your stay. Let us know if you need to arrange airport transportation. With us you can order your groceries, welcome basket, floral arrangements or personal items delivered and waiting for your arrival! For medical emergencies, we use East Coast Medical Network as on-site medical concierge. They make house calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Don’t hesitate to call us if the unexpected happens. In addition, massage services can be arranged in the privacy of your 7 Heaven Vacation home.

Medical Help
The Medical Concierge® has been providing physician medical services exclusively to the hospitality industry since 1980. They cater only to the traveler, in need of medical services. The Medical Concierge® sends Board Certified, Florida licensed pediatricians and family practitioners, directly to your vacation home or private villa. They evaluate, diagnose, treat and if necessary provide needed medications, eliminating the inconvenience of finding a pharmacy.
All services are provided in the comfort of your private home or villa and direct insurance billing is available. The Medical Concierge® is your personal physician service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays.
