Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written
notice to the Homeowner within seven (7) days of the date on which the reservation took place, or more than sixty (60) days prior to the Check-in Date. All monitory deposits received by the Homeowner, minus an eighty dollar ($80.00) processing fee, shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place after seven (7) days from the date on which the reservation took place, or less than sixty (60) days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, upon the notice of cancellation of from a Guest, the Homeowner reserves the right at Homeowner’s sole discretion, to refund any monies received from a Guest on case by case basis only, minus an eighty dollar ($80.00) processing fee. Any deposits, rent or fees retained by homeowner pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Agreement and in full settlement of any and all claims.
Deposit Policy

Security deposit is 300$. It is 100% refundable charge. Deposit will be returned back on your credit card on a day of your check-out.

The place was as described!! Very clean, in a gated community and our kids loved the pool!!! The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils!! The only downside was the view because there was a house being built right next door and was a little noisey first thing in the mornings!!Other than that we would highly recommend this place and will use 7 Heaven vacations again!!!

Beautiful home, comfortable, had everything we needed. Would be nice to have a dish towel, and some extra dishwasher detergent. Otherwise, no complaints at all. One thing to mention, there is no sun by the pool after about 2pm, wasn't a big problem for us as we didn't sit out all day, we were out and about. There were no instructions on what to do with our garbage, still not sure what we were supposed to go with that. Close to Walmart and in a nice neighborhood, great place to come home to at the end of a busy day.

I hope the next time I go to Florida that 7Heaven will have a place available. The property was very nice, clean and in a great location. Check-in and out was seamless. Loved it.

We found the houe clean and everything in its place. It was relatively cheap, very close to the attractions parks. It was spaceous and we can enjoy a great vacation with our family. Absolutely reccomendable!

What a fantastic villa! House is clean, well maintained, great location, brilliant pool!

I would definitely recommend to friends and family!! Close to all amenities, Walmart less than a five minute drive!! Disney within 20mins... Absolutely fantastic

Had a wonderful time, the house was very clean and had lots of room. The pool was very nice, enjoyed it alot! The location was excellant, it is very close to everything, 10 mins from Disney, shopping, 15 mins from Sea World, and 5 mins from Walmart (one stop shopping!) A very quiet subdivision, gated. The only thing that I might suggest is it would be really nice to have custions for the lounge chairs out by the pool, other then that it was a great place to have a vacation and relax, my family had a wonderful trip and would love to come back again!

"Very comfortable accomodations!"

House was very clean and very comfortable. Pool was great. Needs a couple of more items in the kitchen, like mixing bowls, a roasting pan. The maintenance guy was great as well. Would have been nice to have had a few basic supplies like salt and pepper, small container of laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap, small items you dont want to buy in larger quantities when you are only there for a week. But all in all, very enjoyable stay, we will definitely do this again.
