Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written
notice to the Homeowner within seven (7) days of the date on which the reservation took place, or more than sixty (60) days prior to the Check-in Date. All monitory deposits received by the Homeowner, minus an eighty dollar ($80.00) processing fee, shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place after seven (7) days from the date on which the reservation took place, or less than sixty (60) days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, upon the notice of cancellation of from a Guest, the Homeowner reserves the right at Homeowner’s sole discretion, to refund any monies received from a Guest on case by case basis only, minus an eighty dollar ($80.00) processing fee. Any deposits, rent or fees retained by homeowner pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Agreement and in full settlement of any and all claims.
Deposit Policy

Security deposit is 300$. It is 100% refundable charge. Deposit will be returned back on your credit card on a day of your check-out.

We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee a lot. The service ( booking ) was easy. ( Thanks Valentina ) The "La Verna Villa" was very comfortable and everything we needed was nearby. We had a few problems with the TV, but help was sent. The costs for the pool heating are a little bit too expensive, but without, the water in this cool april was too cold. But relaxing by the pool,with the view of the lake was wonderful. Nevertheless, when we travel again to Kissimmee, we´d like to stay in La Verna again.

We really did enjoy the freedom the house gave us. The people at 7 Heaven were wonderful to help us and to take care of things as we needed them. The house was very clean and we really appreciated that. The location was fine as well and we loved the alligator in the lake behind the house. I think that what we liked best was the room that we two couples enjoyed in the house and its cleanliness. What I would say about the house is that it needs a little upgrading. The carpet is fraying and the couches are without springs or something for when you sit in them you almost go to the floor. They are comfortable but seem to have seen better days and are hard to get out of. The chain on one of the toilets keep breaking and we finally rigged it up to work with a paper clip. I loved the full moon light coming into the swimming pool area and shining in my bedroom window. Most of all we want to thank the people at 7 Heaven for their help and kindness and caring. We had to call about a TV repair and they were so prompt we felt they would help us with anything we needed to make our visit good. Thank you for your help...
