Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written
notice to the Homeowner within seven (7) days of the date on which the reservation took place, or more than sixty (60) days prior to the Check-in Date. All monitory deposits received by the Homeowner, minus an eighty dollar ($80.00) processing fee, shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place after seven (7) days from the date on which the reservation took place, or less than sixty (60) days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, upon the notice of cancellation of from a Guest, the Homeowner reserves the right at Homeowner’s sole discretion, to refund any monies received from a Guest on case by case basis only, minus an eighty dollar ($80.00) processing fee. Any deposits, rent or fees retained by homeowner pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Agreement and in full settlement of any and all claims.
Deposit Policy

Security deposit is 300$. It is 100% refundable charge. Deposit will be returned back on your credit card on a day of your check-out.

The house is great if you're planning to spend time in the Disney area. Close to everything but far enough away from the madness! The pictures really do it justice. Property Management were a pleasure to work with. I never actually spoke to anyone. All communication was through email which is how I roll. Check in instructions were acurate and easy to follow. Only problem was the rain! But what can anyone do about that? Great house, great vacation!

The home is even more than the pictures display. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the children. The garage game room was also used every night. The location was within minutes from a shopping center with a WalMart and close to all the major roads needed to get to the attractions. Any requests made to Valentina were quickly responded to and completed. The washer/dryer, ice maker, coffee maker and grill were definitely mainstays that our family needed. Next Orlando trip will be planned around this house being available.

We reallly enjoyed our stay. The house was well kept and clean and my family, friends, and I really had a great time. The pool was clean and warm. We will no longer experience hotel stays as long as 7 Heaven Vacation is in business. The location was very close to all the major theme parks. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. I was also thankful for the gated community atmosphere which gave us all a good sense of security. I would recommend 7 Heaven Vacations to all my friends and family. Thanks for such a great time 7 Heaven Vactaion!!!

This place a great option if visiting for a week or two and have a large group (6-8). It is located about 12 - 15 miles from Disney and Universal attractions and the commute is about 20 - 25 minutes. It is well kept, kids enjoyed the game room, beds are comfortable, has TV in in all rooms. It is furnished with decent quality appliances and furniture. It has an open floor plan that is well designed. Neighborhood is quiet and in gated community. Gave it a four star as the location from major attractions was further that expected.

"We had a very pleasant stay!!!"

The house is very comfortable, 4 bedrooms, flat TVs in all bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the garage has a game room, the pool was very clean ... October-November the pool water is very cold, but you can pay the hot water service and will have no inconvenience. The house was 2 minutes from Walmart, 10 to 15 minutes from the Disney parks, 10 minutes from Universal, 5 minutes from Old Town Kissimmee. The service I got from Inna and Valentina was really excellent!!!
