Cancellation Policy

Reservations for the Property may be cancelled by the Guest upon written
notice to the Homeowner within seven (7) days of the date on which the reservation took place, or more than sixty (60) days prior to the Check-in Date. All monitory deposits received by the Homeowner, minus an eighty dollar ($80.00) processing fee, shall be timely refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation takes place after seven (7) days from the date on which the reservation took place, or less than sixty (60) days before the Check-in Date, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, upon the notice of cancellation of from a Guest, the Homeowner reserves the right at Homeowner’s sole discretion, to refund any monies received from a Guest on case by case basis only, minus an eighty dollar ($80.00) processing fee. Any deposits, rent or fees retained by homeowner pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Agreement and in full settlement of any and all claims.
Deposit Policy

Security deposit is 300$. It is 100% refundable charge. Deposit will be returned back on your credit card on a day of your check-out.

Staying at the Water Castle villa for 14 days with our 4 year old son, we felt home away from home from the minute we entered the house. It is perfectly located just a hop away from the us 192 whith all major shops like walmart, publix, walgreens and all kinds of restaurants but still far enough away from the main traffic to enjoy a peaceful holiday. The neighbourhood seemed very clean,save and we liked the mixture of residents and tourists. The house seemed extremely clean and well equipped with all the standard amenities like dishwasher, hairdryer, pool towels, washing maschine and dryer. Everything was in good condition with exception to the mattress of the masterbedroom. That one could need a change. Additionally a broader offer of kitchen equipement would be useful. The pool area was a bit smaller than expected but the lake view was amazing and could defenitely compensate any above mentioned points! The service of 7 heaven vacations was excellent - not only during the booking process bot also during our stay. Just a short call and they organized pool service and maintance. We`d love to come back!

we had a great time to stay 5 nights at this property. The kids loved the pool and whole family enjoy the view on the back of the house. The house is close to disney and an outlets shopping center. We will come back!!! I will recommand it to my friends.

Everything that was advertised was there, plus extras.
The home was close to attractions and the neighborhood was quiet. My family really didn't want to leave.
